Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Leavesden invites a Senior Vice President, Product, Retail to lead the product strategy across Buying, Merchandising, Design and Product Compliance for Global Experiences.

You will own the end-to-end retail product ecosystem for tours, flagship stores, pop-ups, e‑commerce and location-based entertainment. Reporting to the SVP, this role builds global teams, partners with franchise and licensing, and drives revenue, margin and guest satisfaction while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Extensive, senior leadership experience in global retail product, buying or merchandising.
• Proven oversight of Buying, Merchandising, Design and Product Compliance at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in IP-led retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global product strategies across channels (tours, stores, e‑commerce).
• Direct merchandise planning, assortment architecture and guest experience metrics.
• Partner with Design, Legal, EHS, and Licensing to ensure brand integrity and compliance.
