Baker Hughes is seeking a Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability Specialist to support global chemical regulatory compliance, product stewardship and ESG reporting across its production chemicals portfolio. You will work with global teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and sustainability objectives.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills, with familiarity in MARPOL Annex II, IBC Code, REACH and SDS systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental science, toxicology, sustainability, chemical engineering, or environmental health & safety.
• Experience in chemical regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
• Experience supporting sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.

Responsabilidades

• Support preparation, submission and maintenance of regulatory agreements (MARPOL Annex II, IBC Code).
• Coordinate global regulatory compliance activities for production chemicals and related documentation.
• Support regulatory programs including biocides, SDS authoring and hazard communication.
• Manage regulatory and sustainability projects with milestones and stakeholders.
• Collect, validate and analyse ESG data for corporate reporting and customer requests.
• Prepare responses to sustainability questionnaires, RFPs, and supplier surveys.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of regulatory and sustainability performance.
• Collaborate with global teams across Regulatory Affairs, HSE, Product Management and Supply Chain.
