Novartis UK in London is seeking a CTA/CTR Team Lead to guide a global regulatory team delivering timely clinical trial submissions and approvals. You will blend people leadership with regulatory expertise to advance innovative medicines.

You’ll shape processes, drive automation, and foster cross-functional collaboration across Regulatory Affairs worldwide, with hybrid working and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related discipline with regulatory experience.
• Substantial knowledge of global regulations, guidelines and processes for regulatory clinical trials.
• Proven leadership of regulatory professionals with coaching and development capabilities.
• Experience in strategic planning, submissions and execution.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
