Hybrid work with three days on-site and occasional travel are expected. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in public policy or regulatory affairs, a solid EU/regulatory background, and strong communication skills to influence across senior leadership

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or related field.
• Strong understanding of EU/international regulatory landscape (data, AI, digital regulation).
• Experience translating regulatory changes into actionable business implications.
• Experience developing policy positions, consultation responses and advocacy strategies.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and analyse emerging regulatory developments across Europe and priority markets.
• Advise leaders on potential implications and develop policy positions.
• Prepare policy briefs, advocacy materials and executive summaries.
• Engage with policymakers, regulators and industry bodies to advance strategy.
• Represent the company at policy forums and coalitions.
