Job summary

Recursion is seeking a Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead global regulatory strategy and execution across EU, US, and UK for a portfolio of programs. This role collaborates with Clinical, Commercial and Medical Affairs, ensuring high-quality submissions and lifecycle management while managing regulatory risk in a fast-paced, global team environment.

The role is remote-friendly with occasional travel to London; base salary ranges from £111,100 to £141,800 and includes eligibility for bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 8 years in Global Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience with major Health Authorities (FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build regulatory strategy and ensure activities across EU/US/UK for development programs.
• Manage multiple regulatory projects with risk assessment and timely execution.
• Create and implement regulatory procedures supporting submissions and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Commercial and Medical Affairs to provide regional regulatory insights.
• Serve as a point of contact with Health Authorities as needed.
• Review and interpret guidelines and communicate impacts to teams.
• Keep current with regulations and participate in relevant meetings and conferences.
