Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University seeks an International Recruitment Manager (Northeast Asia) to lead recruitment activity in designated markets, develop market plans, and manage agents and partners to drive enrolments.

You will work with faculties and services, report to the Regional Development Manager, and travel extensively to Northeast Asia, including events across time zones, to deliver results and optimize future activity.

Qualifications

• Experience managing international student recruitment in Northeast Asia.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of UK higher education recruitment channels and policy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate recruitment activity in designated markets.
• Develop market-specific recruitment plans and manage agent partnerships.
• Support students from enquiry to enrolment with data-driven insights.
• Represent MMU at UK and overseas recruitment events.
• Travel extensively to Northeast Asia and work flexible hours across time zones.
