We are looking for a Global Quality Manager to lead our quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet all internal and external standards, including those set by legal and regulatory bodies.
You’ll also monitor the performance of our quality management system, using data to measure our operations against established standards.
You’ll coach and train team members to improve their skills and effectiveness, while collaborating with our manufacturing, R&D, sales, and technical support teams.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Manufacturing.
You should have at least 10 years of experience in quality and team leadership, with a strong record of leading proactive quality programs, especially in an international manufacturing environment. A degree in business or engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience in quality management.
We're looking for a natural leader with excellent communication skills who can build a strong, motivated team that is both disciplined and accountable. You should be a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, can handle a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable communicating with all levels of the organisation.
This role requires a willingness to travel about 30‑40% of the time. You must be fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
