Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for customers.
• Work on one or several projects with hiring team, track actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights and analyze processes to identify risks.
• Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
• Contribute with innovative solutions beneficial for the team.
