Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a part of Dover Corporation, invites applications for a Program Manager within the Markem‑Imaje Thermal Transfer Product Division. You’ll drive cross‑functional development from specification through launch for innovative thermal transfer coding products in a global market.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and PM qualifications, with strong leadership, communication and international experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and related work experience.
• PM qualifications (PMP, Prince2, or equiv) desirable.
• Expertise with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
• Experience developing and industrialising complex electro‑mechanical products with embedded software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivery of technical solutions to ensure products are available for manufacture and sale in line with business priorities, quality, timeline and cost objectives.
• Lead definition of the business case and validate project specifications with all stakeholders prior to initiating the design phase.
• Deliver projects through all phases of the development process including the specification, design, integration, verification, qualification, field trials & product launch.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
• Lead resolution of project related issues and escalates as required.
• Provide strong leadership to build and maintain a cohesive project team that works together to optimize schedule, budget and deliver overall project success.
• Contribute to MI global project governance in functional coordination with the Global Manager for Program Management.
