Responsibilities

• Be a core member of molecule/disease area teams and drive development programs to maximize efficiency, portfolio value and patient benefit.
• Provide strategic program management to project teams, framing options and identifying key inflection points for delivery and governance.
• Guide molecule teams, in close collaboration with the team leader.
• Build and maintain high-functioning project teams by observing dynamics, building trust, addressing issues and encouraging open dialogues.
• Keep teams on track to deliver short-, mid-, and long-term activities and drive meetings, communication and documentation.
• Lead and contribute to functional or company-wide initiative workstreams.
• Contribute to portfolio management by reporting and maintaining key project information for oversight.
• Maintain program and project management guidelines, standards and tools as required.
• Drive implementation and execution of program strategy and mitigation of program risks.
• Leverage molecule development and market expertise to accelerate high-quality decisions and catalyze change.
• Foster a teaching, coaching and learning culture and embody OneRoche leadership within the MPM community.
• Support Integrated Evidence Planning to define evidence across functions for regulatory, access and clinical practice throughout a product lifecycle.
• The role is accountable for Program Oversight and Planning, Team Management, Communication, Portfolio Context, and Strategic Thought Partnership.
• It involves influencing R&D across therapeutic areas and collaborating with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Commercial.
• The GPM guides molecule teams and contributes to portfolio management and cross-functional initiative workstreams without explicit authority.
