Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Global Product Manager to drive the strategy and commercialisation of next‑generation semiconductor test solutions. You will shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and coordinate with engineering, sales and marketing across international markets.

Working with Tier 1 manufacturers, OSATs and fabless customers, you will translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions and oversee go‑to‑market activities and product positioning

Qualifications

Experience in product management or strategic business development within semiconductor value chain.
Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and test/assembly processes.
Experience coordinating across engineering, sales, marketing and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for next-generation semiconductor test solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, OSATs, and fabless semiconductor customers.
Gather and analyse customer requirements, market intelligence, competitive activity, and technology trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to align product development with market demands.
Support customer engagement activities, including executive briefings, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and industry events.
Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and commercial strategies.
