Job summary

Vitalograph is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to lead the comPAS PFT Solutions portfolio, spanning software and hardware products.

Reporting to the EVP comPAS PFT Solutions, you will act as the Product Champion for the portfolio, providing clear product leadership across the organisation and ensuring alignment between user needs, clinical requirements, technical development and product lifecycle priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the global product roadmap for the comPAS PFT Solutions portfolio.
  • Translate user needs and clinical insights into product strategies and requirements.
  • Define, prioritise and manage software and hardware product requirements across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Software Development, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Guide product developments through Vitalograph’s Product Approval & Change Evaluation process, maintaining a focus on quality, usability, compliance and customer value.
  • Coordinate product readiness activities, including internal communication, release planning, training inputs and launch preparation.
  • Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through development, release, optimisation and retirement.
  • Analyse customer complaints, post-market surveillance, usability feedback and Voice of Customer data to inform decisions.
  • Represent the product portfolio in customer and partner discussions, workshops and industry events where product insight is required.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, product-focused Global Product Manager to lead the comPAS PFT Solutions portfolio, spanning both software and hardware products. Reporting to the EVP comPAS PFT Solutions, you will act as the Product Champion for the portfolio, providing clear product leadership across the organisation and ensuring alignment between user needs, clinical requirements, technical development and product lifecycle priorities.

This is a product management role with a strong focus on product strategy, roadmap ownership, requirements definition and cross-functional delivery across connected respiratory diagnostic software and hardware solutions. You will turn customer and clinical insight into well-defined product direction, ensuring the portfolio continues to meet user needs, regulatory expectations and Vitalograph’s long-term product vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the global product roadmap for the comPAS PFT Solutions portfolio.
  • Translate user needs, clinical insight, workflow requirements and software and hardware technical considerations into clear product strategies and product requirements.
  • Define, prioritise and manage software and hardware product requirements, ensuring they are well understood by development, quality, regulatory and operational teams.

About You

You will be an experienced product management professional with a strong background in both software and hardware product environments, and the ability to balance user needs, clinical requirements, technical feasibility, regulatory expectations and product lifecycle priorities. You will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, making evidence-based product decisions and providing clear direction in a regulated healthcare or medical device environment.

Essential Experience And Skills
  • Significant product management experience within medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences, with demonstrable experience across both software and hardware products.
  • Experience managing connected software and hardware product portfolios, ideally including diagnostic devices, embedded systems, platforms, applications or related healthcare technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps, product requirements and product lifecycle plans.
  • Experience working within regulated medical device or healthcare technology environments.
  • Strong product strategy, requirements management and product lifecycle management capability.
  • Ability to interpret user needs, clinical workflows, usability feedback and technical constraints.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
