Qualifications
Proven experience in International Purchasing and Supply, tendering and Contracts Management.
Experience in risk management, negotiation including supplier performance management.
Strong in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management including customs and freight regulations.
Strong analytical skills to meet diverse problems solving challenges and conduct pre and post activity analysis.
A high level of adaptability to deal with rapidly changing operational situations whilst maintaining core standards and procedures at all times.
Experience in understanding of the International Aid sector.
Responsibilities
Manage the procurement activities for purchasing of specialist equipment.
Responsibility for tender processes and supplier relationship management.
Conduct KPI reporting and effective contract management.
