Global Procurement Sourcing Manager

Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

As a Global Procurement Sourcing Manager, you’ll drive value creation, risk mitigation, and sustainability priorities across diverse indirect categories—Marketing, Knowledge Services, and IT.

What You’ll Do

• Lead sourcing projects across the procurement lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder objectives are met.
• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver measurable business value.
• Negotiate and structure supplier agreements to optimize spend and mitigate risk.
• Partner with global stakeholders and control functions (Legal, Risk, Finance, IT) to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
• Drive supplier performance and foster innovation through strong relationship management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
