Overview

Global Procurement Manager: Marketing Transformation - Type of role- 6 Month Contract with Potential Extension Inside IR35
Location: London - 1-2 days per week (flexible)
Day Rate: 515 - 685 per day

A global FMCG leader is urgently seeking a contract professional for a high-impact 6-month assignment focused on implementing a new global content sourcing model.

This is not a traditional Procurement role-it is a 75% Change Management and 25% Strategic Sourcing mandate.

Your Core Mission: Be the Catalyst for Change

You will be responsible for translating high-level strategy into on-the-ground reality, ensuring the successful adoption of a new global agency ecosystem across multiple markets.

We are looking for 10+ years of experience with mandatory expertise in:

  • Commercial Marketing: Deep, proven experience in managing the commercial elements of Creative Agencies, Content Production, and PR (rate cards, SOWs, budget alignment).
  • Global Change Implementation: A track record of successfully implementing new supplier infrastructures and achieving stakeholder alignment across complex, cross-functional teams (Marketing and Finance).
  • Agility & Influence: The ability to navigate role ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and influence senior Marketing stakeholders who are new to Procurement partnerships.
  • Prior FMCG Company experience is preferred.
