We're supporting a leading global FMCG business in the search for a Global Category Head Dairy & Ingredients Commodities.

This is a key strategic role within the Global Procurement team, responsible for leading global sourcing strategy and execution across two of the organisation's most critical commodity categories, Dairy and Flour - with a combined spend of over £200m.

You'll be part of a central global function, collaborating closely with regional procurement teams across multiple markets. It's a role that requires both strategic vision and strong influencing skills, as you'll drive alignment across regions while managing the natural balance between global strategy and local autonomy.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8-10 years' experience in procurement or commodity trading (dairy, grains, or other ingredients).
  • Strong understanding of futures markets and hedging.
