Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. seeks a detail-oriented Procurement and Facilities Management Specialist to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services for our Bracknell offices.

You will lead sourcing projects, optimize the supplier base, oversee facilities operations, and collaborate with R&D to support product development, while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong purchasing knowledge, procurement strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate new suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Develop sourcing strategies and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance.
• Lead sourcing projects to achieve productivity and savings targets.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for favorable terms.
• Collaborate with R&D to support product development and innovation.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident response.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
• Lead space planning and office moves to minimize disruption.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections and compliance.
