The ideal candidate will be experienced in food procurement, skilled in negotiation, and passionate about building supplier relationships. We are working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to add an experienced Global Procurement and Supplier Manager to their team. This really is a great opportunity to join an ambitious group of people who are truly passionate about their business and its future.

About you:

• You will need to be passionate about relationships, identifying new suppliers and building long term partnerships. (European and Global suppliers).
• You will be commercially minded – great with numbers and negotiations.
• A number of years experience in food procurement is an absolute must… you will have the relevant contacts and connections in place!
• We are looking for a self starter who can take ownership for a group of key suppliers and juggle multiple projects, working with technical teams to launch new products to the market.
• Experience of working with small and large suppliers globally, and managing those relationships.
• A passion for food, NPD and launching new products goes without saying.

Remote working but some European travel will be required.

A full, clean UK driving licence is needed.
