GPO Global Process Owner

Location : Hybrid Aldermaston / Paddington (2 days per week onsite some flexibility for meetings)

Contract : 12 months

Rate : 7282 per hour (Umbrella)

IR35 : Inside IR35

Are you a proactive and experienced product or process leader ready to take ownership of complex procurement processes This is a new high-impact role leading P2P process improvement system implementation and content strategy for a transformation programme. Youll bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure driving efficiency and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of P2P processes ensuring clarity efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Lead system implementation and embedding preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms.
• Conduct complex process mapping and engineering translating stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements.
• Apply UX and user-centred design principles including conducting user research and usability testing.
• Build and deliver a product / digital roadmap for P2P processes and related systems.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption performance and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement post-launch including optimisation of content and workflows.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels internal and external.

About You

• 5 years experience in product management ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record in content / process transformation including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritisation.
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in complex process mapping analytics and problem-solving .
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or awareness of compliance governance and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems.

Desirable

• Direct experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial / procurement systems.
• Background in commercial or defence transformation programmes .
• Formal certifications : Agile Scrum Prince2 PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) .
• Experience mentoring and developing teams delivering content strategies and maintaining content guidelines.
