RX Global seeks a Head of Privacy and Data Protection to support the Chief Privacy Officer in building the Privacy Centre of Excellence. This global role aligns privacy compliance with business objectives across regions and works closely with senior leaders.

You will lead a team of privacy SMEs, manage the Global Rights Centre, and oversee privacy risk, governance, training, and assessment processes. A privacy certification (CIPP or equivalent) and a related degree are highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in data protection and privacy law within commercial, data-driven environments.
• Proven track record designing and implementing privacy, risk, governance, training and awareness programmes.
• Experience applying privacy principles across marketing, sales, e-commerce and digital platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Privacy Centre of Excellence and Privacy Risk & Governance Programme.
• Review Data Protection Impact Assessments and ensure safeguards are applied globally.
• Deliver privacy advice and training to support business decisions and compliance.
• Mentor privacy subject matter experts to provide timely guidance.
• Oversee Global Rights Centre and manage rights requests.
• Collaborate with senior leaders including CFO, CTO, COO, CISO, and legal.
