ASOS is seeking a Head of Compliance and Data Privacy to act as the Data Protection Officer for UK/EU operations and to lead our global privacy and compliance agenda. You will partner with Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to enable growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and practical privacy protections.

• Significant experience leading privacy and data protection programmes in a global organisation.
• Deep expertise in privacy legislation and regulatory requirements with SME status.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical commercial advice.

Responsabilités

• Act as independent Data Protection Officer (DPO) for UK and EU operations.
• Lead privacy programmes, governance, policies and training across the business.
• Oversee data transfer governance, DPIAs, RO­PAs and privacy risk management.
• Lead responses to data breaches and regulatory inquiries with stakeholders.
• Advise on consent, data retention, analytics and new technology uses.
