Job summary

A leading packaging company is seeking a customer-focused individual for a full-time remote role managing key POS accounts across Europe. This multifaceted position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure compliance with targets. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in client management, especially within FMCG, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to resolve issues independently. Regular travel to meet clients will be required.

Qualifications

• Proven success knowledge and experience in central client management within FMCG Retail.
• Ability to work independently & remotely with regular travel as needed.
• Capable of issue resolution independently and manage relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the POS account centrally and ensure local site compliance to key targets.
• Monitor the progress of client requests and help drive solutions as required.
• Build key relationships both externally and internally to exceed all Client KPIs.
