We’re hiring for a Global Planning Director as part of iProspect in London

Purpose of the Role

A valued member of iProspect Global, this role is to lead the global planning of one of the world’s most prestigious B2B brands, helping them to drive consideration amongst global business leaders, and specifically, build meaningful connection with CTOs. Your job is to keep raising the bar of planning excellence, asking the right questions - how we performing? How are we innovating? Where can we take this brand next to connect with their global audience? It’s a busy account, with ambitious clients who say yes more than they say no.

In addition to majoring in this primary client responsibility, there will be opportunities to participate in new business pitching, planning craft programmes and minoring with a secondary client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the media plan aligns with strategic objectives, drives measurable outcomes, and leverages best-in‑class planning tools for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for London and Chicago clients, managing day‑to‑day planning decisions and fostering strong partnerships with creative and partner agencies.
  • Oversee best‑practice planning standards, ensuring seamless activation and continuous improvement across campaigns.
  • Motivate specialists in strategy, digital, measurement, innovation, and reporting to collaborate effectively and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive insightful reporting that resonate with senior stakeholders, identify innovation opportunities using data‑driven insights, and enhance BAU performance.
  • Maintain high standards in account management, serve as a role model for junior team members, and run processes that keep projects on track and efficient.
Qualifications + Skills
  • Extensive media planning experience with strong skills across all media channels, including multi‑market planning and/or B2B campaign experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain strong client relationships in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and insights to inform planning decisions, optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Industry‑recognised planning certifications and a solid understanding of advanced planning tools and methodologies.
  • Deep interest in the future of media and creative approaches to engage hard‑to‑reach audiences.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
