Job summary

Coventry University Online Limited (CUOL) is seeking an Associate Lecturer to deliver online education for global MSc programmes. You will create an engaging, inclusive learning experience in a module-based online delivery model, supporting students via Aula and Microsoft Teams.

The role focuses on assessment, feedback and academic support to promote progression, critical thinking and professional growth in a diverse, remote student community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Bio-business, Innovation Management, or a closely aligned scientific/commercial discipline.
• Experience with online or distance learning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an engaging online learning experience for MSc programmes.
• Support students through digital platforms and provide timely feedback.
• Contribute to assessment, feedback and academic support activities.
• Utilise Aula and Teams to deliver flexible, inclusive teaching.
