Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in payroll administration, 2+ years management experience.
• Competent IT skills.
• International payroll experience is essential.
• CIPP qualified (part or full).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end pay cycle for UK and international payrolls.
• Key point of contact for payroll provider monitoring KPIs.
• Operational lead on ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Accountability for annual income tax statutory reporting.
• Partner with internal auditors for business assurance.
• Monitor employee global mobility.
• Answer escalated queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop team members and support compliance governance.
• Ensure compliance for all company pension schemes.
