Global Payroll Manager

Shape the future of global payroll operations.

We’re looking for a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead a team of payroll analysts and oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, ensure compliance, and contribute to global payroll initiatives – including automation, risk management, and process improvement.

This role will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage payroll operations for multiple countries using ADP GlobalView
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Global Payroll Analysts
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring governance and compliance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline and improve central processes (e.g. Share Plans, Commissions, Salary Reviews)
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation in Confluence and enforce governance models
  • Contribute to global payroll initiatives including automation, internal controls, and data retention
  • Manage vendor relationships, including ADP MyView portal administration, ticketing, and user access audits
  • Oversee payroll-related purchase orders and invoicing
  • Support business continuity planning for the payroll function
  • Act as a proxy for the Global Payroll Transformation Manager and other Payroll Managers when needed
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience
  • Experience using ADP (GlobalView preferred) and/or SAP Payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and automation platforms
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Leadership experience
  • Project or performance management experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of time & attendance systems (e.g. Kronos) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and tools
