A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Global Payroll Audit & Compliance Lead in Liverpool. The primary responsibility of the Global Payroll Audit & Compliance Lead is to ensure CSL is meeting its obligations to pay employees correctly as per Collective Bargaining Agreements/Union/Works Council agreements, legislative and regulatory requirements, globally. Act as single point of contact for Compliance & Audit across the global payroll team. Document and govern the Compliance & Audit requirements for all payroll projects, provide subject matter expertise as required. This role will work under the direction of the Head of Payroll Compliance & Process Improvement lead, to ensure Financial reporting, audit and compliance needs for CSL are achieved.
