Job summary

University of Bath is seeking a Global Opportunities Coordinator in the International Relations Office to support study abroad and exchange activities. You will lead on coordinating and renewing international partnership agreements and maintaining records to enable students’ global study experiences.

You’ll develop reports and data to support decision-making and assist in creating marketing materials. The role requires organisational flair, attention to detail and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a high level of autonomy.
• Confident, effective team player with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable with databases and online systems.
• Desirable experience of international mobility programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, maintain and renew international partnership agreements to enable study abroad experiences.
• Maintain accurate partnership records, produce reports and management information.
• Support data-informed decision-making related to global opportunities and exchange partnerships.
• Develop and maintain marketing and communications materials supporting these opportunities.
