Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale P2P transformation programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing global target operating models.
• Hands-on ERP-led transformation across SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Define the global P2P transformation strategy, roadmap and future-state vision.
• Own the design and implementation of the global P2P target operating model.
• Lead end-to-end transformation across requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing and payments.
• Drive global process standardisation and reduce regional variation and complexity.
• Lead major P2P transformation programmes from business case through to benefits realisation.
