Job summary

Aptean is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our global HR Technology team in Doncaster. You will blend functional Oracle HCM expertise with technical development skills to optimise Oracle Fusion HCM across the organisation.

You will design, configure, test, and support Oracle HCM solutions, including BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, data loads, and REST integrations, while collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality HR

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in a techno-functional role.
Hands-on across multiple HCM modules including Core HR and at least one of Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management or Journeys.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes, configuration, approvals, security, workflows and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Journeys).
Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses; design dashboards and data interfaces.
Support HDL/HSDL data loads and REST API integrations; manage data extracts and migrations.
Lead system enhancements, testing, defect resolution, and production support; participate in quarterly release activities.
