Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) in a relevant science field.
• Extensive Medical Affairs or Clinical Development experience in pharma.
• In-depth oncology knowledge and treatment landscape awareness.
• Proven ability to develop and execute medical strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional global projects.
• Strong expertise in evidence generation and clinical research methods.
• Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global medical affairs strategies across Solid Tumors.
• Shape evidence generation plans to meet unmet needs.
• Design and run studies including real-world evidence.
• Partner with R&D and medical teams to influence strategy.
• Develop scientific communications and medical education plans.
• Build relationships with oncology experts worldwide.
• Represent Medical Affairs in governance and portfolio discussions.
• Provide medical leadership on launch readiness and access.
• Champion patient perspectives in evidence generation.
• Ensure activities meet scientific, ethical, and compliance standards.
