Job summary

Free-Work is seeking a Netsuite Solutions Architect to lead design and delivery of NetSuite OneWorld implementations from Milton Keynes. You will coordinate with third party developers, manage data migration, and deliver post go-live support in a multi-country environment.

The role requires 5+ years in solution architecture with NetSuite OneWorld, strong documentation and stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions. UK travel is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years solution architecture and project delivery experience.
Experience in cloud-based solutions with NetSuite OneWorld.
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld Financials and related certifications.
Experience with multi-country projects in complex environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions.
Experience in and/or qualifications in Project Management methodologies such as Prince2, PMP, MSP and Agile.

Responsibilities

Own the design of NetSuite OneWorld-based solutions, coordinating with third party developers.
Lead data migration efforts to ensure legacy data is migrated correctly.
Provide post go-live support and contribute to optimisation.
Document the solution and train the Business-as-Usual support team.
Support UAT phases and update deployment documentation and testing environments.
Review and enhance the NetSuite architecture and customisations.
Engage in safeguarding and ensure governance in line with policy.
