Job summary

Pro‑Recruitment Group's Southampton-based Global Mobility practice is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its growing advisory team. You will advise corporate clients and globally mobile employees on cross-border tax and social security matters, working closely with senior stakeholders.

You will lead engagements end-to-end, develop junior colleagues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to deliver integrated mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Expatriate tax advisory experience with solid technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional qualification required (ATT / ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA).

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary client contact delivering tailored cross-border tax advice.
• Builds long-term relationships with corporate clients and their globally mobile workforce.
• Prepares and reviews complex cross-border tax and social security advice.
• Leads engagements end-to-end and mentors junior team members.
• Supports and attends client meetings with Partners/Directors and advises senior leaders on mobility matters.
• Collaborates with personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward specialists to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
• Contributes to winning new work and expanding client relationships; explores technology in mobility advisory.
