Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join the Onboarding and Mobility team. You will guide clients on immigration compliance, support global mobility initiatives, and work in a fully remote, async environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors, process optimization through automation, and delivering high-quality immigration services to Remote employees and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance.
• Experience in global mobility or related roles.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide immigration compliance guidance to clients.
• Monitor and manage immigration-related services for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Submit visa/work permit applications and track status.
• Keep up-to-date with immigration law changes and adjust processes accordingly.
• Counsel on travel and sponsorship needs and handle escalations.
