Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Mobile Field Service Representative to support on-wing and deployed maintenance across Combat and Transport product lines. The role is onsite in Coningsby with initial postings to RAF Coningsby or Qatar, for an initial 2-year period with extension possibilities.

You will travel and be deployed to multiple locations, ensuring safe maintenance and customer satisfaction on complex propulsion systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of aerospace safe maintenance regulations.
• Willingness to travel and deploy internationally or domestically.
• Experience in aircraft propulsion MR&O field maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving MR&O challenges in field deployments.
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance during deployments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships across military and contractor organisations.
• Collaborate with Deployed Services to ensure regulatory compliance (HSE).
• Support efficient on-wing maintenance and service delivery.
