IQVIA is seeking a Medical Safety leader to provide global pharmacovigilance oversight across clinical development and post-marketing programs. The role involves leading medical safety teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding risk management strategies.

You will review safety data, support governance activities, and advise clients and cross-functional teams on safety matters. MD or equivalent licensure is required, with extensive pharmacovigilance experience.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance, clinical research, safety reporting, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• In-depth understanding of clinical development and medical safety monitoring activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.
• Strong consulting, communication and relationship-building skills with clients and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide medical oversight and review of safety documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Lead and develop medical safety teams globally, including mentoring and performance management.
• Oversee governance activities, pharmacovigilance oversight, and 24-hour medical support as required.
• Represent Medical Safety internally and externally, maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business development and service-line growth.
