Job summary

Gtek Foods Ltd is seeking a proactive Meat Trader / Commercial Executive to join our head office team in Hertfordshire. You will manage trading activities for meat, poultry and seafood, sourcing from global suppliers and coordinating with物流 and operations to ensure smooth order execution.

You will negotiate prices, monitor market trends, prepare quotations, manage pipelines and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Negotiation, pricing and margin management within food/commodities.
• Knowledge of meat, poultry and seafood products and frozen supply chains.
• Ability to analyse market data and track global trends.
• Strong customer relationship management and service delivery.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills including documentation and order processing.
• Effective written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with business software and CRM to manage trading data.
• Previous meat trading, food distribution or related commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
