A leading global financial services firm is seeking experienced professionals for its 2025 ReEntry Program in London. This 15-week fellowship is designed for individuals on an extended career break and leads to potential permanent positions. The program encompasses various roles within Global Markets, including Trading, Sales, and Research, targeting creative and analytical candidates. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, and applicants with entrepreneurial experience during their break are welcomed.

The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.
The ReEntry Program is a 15‑week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. Permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Global Markets is comprised of the world's leading securities and derivatives sales, trading and research groups. The clients are the world's largest public and private institutional investors including: asset managers, financial institutions, public and private pension funds, governments, hedge funds, insurance companies, corporates and more.
Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem‑solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner, and relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establish strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
We will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non‑for‑profit, part‑time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
This role may encompass the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidates may therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and, where appropriate, approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
