London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) graduate programme in Markets offers a 12‑month rotation across Capital Markets and Post Trade. You will gain exposure to platforms like FXall and Tradeweb, work globally, and contribute to risk, data and product initiatives.

Ideal candidates are STEM or Finance graduates with coding and data skills, eligible to work in the UK, and seeking a permanent role from day one within LSEG Markets.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial markets demonstrated through studies, work or extra activities.
• Able to work with large datasets and code in Python/SQL; familiar with BI tools.
• Curious and analytical with ability to draw insights from data.
• Strong communicator with collaborative mindset and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk monitoring and data analysis for risk projects or reporting.
• Support product research, testing and UI content for online tools.
• Contribute to global markets research including debt listings and valuations.
