Qualifications

• Strong experience in a senior marketing position, ideally with international exposure.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering commercially focused marketing strategies.
• Broad experience across digital marketing, brand development, content, communications and demand generation.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and product launches.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with Sales, Product and Executive teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn marketing data into commercial decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and external partners.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to move between strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies across multiple regions and customer markets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, brand, communications and demand generation.
• Plan and execute product launches from positioning to market delivery.
• Build a clear and consistent brand while adapting campaigns for different territories.
• Work closely with Sales to generate high-quality opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Use performance data and market insight to improve campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and areas for brand growth.
• Provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Help develop the wider marketing function as the business expands.
