About the team
You'll be joining our central Global Proposition and Campaigns Team. The team's overall scope covers multi-market global campaigns and the UKI specific marketing activity, this role will focus specifically on driving compelling multi-marketing propositions across relevant local markets. You'll report to the Head of Global Propositions and UKI Campaigns and be part of a centre of excellence for global to local proposition development.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is the critical link between the Global Marketing strategy and its effective execution across international markets.
You will act as the central programme manager for large-scale initiatives, including local activation playbooks and key strategic projects. You are responsible for developing playbooks with local nuances in mind and ensuring that markets deliver against them.
You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your projects, developing strong relationships with our marketing colleagues across a diverse range of local markets, taking time to understand them and their market orientation to ensure local market needs are factored into global planning and proposition development.
