Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Director, Market Access – Inline Haematology to shape and execute strategies across international markets. You will secure pricing, reimbursement, and patient access while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

You will lead the development and renewal of HTAs and the Global Value Dossier, and guide country teams through negotiations with authorities, ensuring alignment with global strategy and maximizing asset value.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of market access experience across international markets.
• Strong ability to secure and optimize pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market access strategies for inline haematology.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to embed market access in brand strategy.
• Lead preparation and renewal of pricing, reimbursement, and health technology assessment dossiers.
• Monitor payer regulations and economic evidence across key markets, and develop proactive response plans.
• Develop and update the Global Value Dossier to support pricing and HTA submissions.
• Guide country teams through submissions and negotiations with authorities.
• Develop payer value propositions and health economic models illustrating clinical and economic value.
• Support lifecycle evidence generation and pricing strategy optimization.
