The ideal candidate will have relevant engineering qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in marine or terrestrial projects. Responsibilities include overseeing operational activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role is based in Greenwich, London, with international travel required.

Qualifications

• Relevant recognised professional engineering qualifications/training.
• 3+ years' experience, ideally on dynamic marine or terrestrial installation/construction projects.
• Good understanding of operational best practice, process control, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and on-site safety.
• Provide oversight for on-site activities to minimize downtime.
• Support subcontractors with Management of Change process.
