Rebellion is recruiting a Licensing and Retail Manager to drive the global licensing program across video games, TV/Film, publishing and entertainment. Lead strategy, manage partners, and work with internal teams to grow revenue and brand reach from our Oxford HQ.

The role combines deal negotiation, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic studio environment with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in IP management across brands and licensing.
• Ability to develop brand plans with commercial direction.
• Strong understanding of retail, channels and seasonality.

Responsabilités

• Source partners and evaluate proposals with focus on US/UK markets.
• Analyze existing licensees, sales plans and marketing plans.
• Maintain relationships with retailers and licensees globally to grow programs.
