Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited in Wolverhampton seeks a temporary Leadership Development Coach to support a global leadership programme for a defence sector client. You will coach leaders to deliver effective performance conversations that drive engagement and talent development, partnering with the Global People Development team and HR colleagues.

The role combines individual coaching, group facilitation, learning design and stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid pattern of at least 2 days on

Qualifications

Professional experience in leadership development, executive coaching or organisational development.
Coaching managers and senior leaders across a global, matrix organisation.
Strong understanding of performance management and feedback methods.
Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for virtual and in-person delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one and small group coaching for leaders across global businesses.
Coach leaders on performance conversations, setting expectations and feedback.
Develop confidence, emotional intelligence and coaching capability.
Adapt coaching to different cultures and leadership levels.
Create learning materials, toolkits and guides for coaching interventions.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement from feedback and needs.
Build relationships with HR Partners, senior leaders and local teams.
