Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise IT across multi-site organizations at VP/CIO/CTO level.
• Strong financial/commercial acumen and vendor management experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, data and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year global IT strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead digital transformation across testing, inspection and certification operations.
• Provide governance for enterprise applications, data, cybersecurity and IT services.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify tech investments that drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee IT budget, cost optimization and vendor/contract management.
• Ensure security policies, DR capabilities and regulatory compliance are in place.
