The role involves overseeing the full asset lifecycle, designing HAM/SAM processes, and leading transformation projects across international operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Asset Management or Contract Management.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a single source of truth for all hardware and software assets.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle - from procurement to secure disposal.
• Design and implement HAM / SAM processes for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Vendor Manager to align asset management with contracts.
• Lead transformation projects to consolidate asset libraries.
• Define governance standards for asset management.
• Act as escalation point for complex asset issues.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to translate technical details.
