Job summary

Commonwealth War Graves Commission is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Communications Coordinator to craft engaging stories and content that keep colleagues informed and connected across the organisation. You will collaborate with the Internal Communications Manager to publish on the intranet, coordinate updates and support events that unite our global workforce.

The role requires strong writing and editing skills, a proactive approach to digital communications, and comfort engaging with teams

Qualifications

• Experience working in communications, internal communications, marketing or public relations.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with adaptability for different audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with colleagues across teams and locations.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and an interest in digital communication tools and colleague engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging internal communications across the organisation and share stories from colleagues worldwide.
• Write and publish content for the intranet, coordinate regular updates and support global communications.
• Organise virtual events, webinars and Town Halls, create multimedia content and review engagement analytics.
