A leading technology company seeks a UK Country Manager to drive growth of its Public Safety Platform across the UK. This role encompasses strategic market development, leading business initiatives, and managing financial performance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software or SaaS markets, particularly within law enforcement or forensic sectors. Responsibilities include building relationships with key partners, overseeing deployments, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while fostering an effective customer success culture.
Join bdna as our UK Country Manager and lead the growth of our Public Safety Platform across the UK and neighbouring markets. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll drive strategic market development, shape go‑to‑market solutions, and ensure our platform meets the highest operational standards. This pivotal role blends outward‑facing responsibilities—building relationships with clients, agencies, and partners—with internal collaboration across product, engineering, and global go‑to‑market teams. You'll be accountable for regional profit and loss, financial sustainability, and the successful deployment and adoption of our platform. We're seeking a dynamic leader with over 10 years' experience in business development and delivery within software, platform, or SaaS environments and a proven track record in UK/European law enforcement, forensic science, or regulatory investigations. You'll be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Deliver the UK go‑to‑market strategy for bdna's Public Safety Platform. Identify and prioritise client segments, tailor solutions and commercial models. Channel regional needs and regulatory requirements into product planning.

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development, while managing costs to optimise profitability and support long‑term sustainability. Ensure all financial operations comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards; proactively identify and manage financial risks; and provide transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and manage local partner networks: system integrators, labs, vendors, consultancies. Maintain relationships with partners, industry bodies and regulators.
Oversee deployments, integrations, onboarding, and support for the region. Drive adoption, usage, retention, and satisfaction. Feed customer insights into product development.
Ensure contractual obligations are met, including local deployments and support. Ensure compliance with legal, data protection and regulatory mandates. Monitor and manage risk, quality, audits, and performance.
