We are hiring for a Global Indirect Procurement Associate to join our team on a permanent basis. This role can be based in either Pencoed, Wales or Prague, Czechia.
As the Global Indirect Procurement Associate, you will report into the Global Indirect Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for supporting global strategic procurement initiatives for indirect categories in professional services (e.g Contingent labour, HR, Legal, Finance, IT services and R&D services) including market and data analysis, category research and RFP management. The role encompasses subcategory management for Professional Services.
With support from the Category Manager, you will build working relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Legal, Finance, R&D and Operations to support sourcing and cost savings initiatives. The role requires knowledge of operational procurement, contracting, sourcing strategy development and category management.
